Delivery Information

Lead Times

All of our products have lead times specified on them.

Please note occasionally products are out of stock and this lead time may be extended. If this is the case, you will be notified.

Order Tracking

Due to the nature of our business, please note we do not offer any order tracking.

We are a mail order company. Deliveries are handled by our suppliers who will make contact with you directly to arrange delivery.

Delivery occurs Monday - Friday between 08:00am - 17:00pm. Deliveries are not timed. Any time restrictions will need to be specified at point of ordering.

Kerbside Delivery

Please note deliveries are strictly kerbside unless installation is agreed and costed prior to ordering.

Drivers are not expected nor instructed to bring furniture inside.

You may find some drivers are more helpful than others, but this is completely at the driver's discretion, as they are only instructed to drop goods outside of the building.

Delivery Outside of the UK

Please note we only deliver to UK mainland. At this time, we are unable to accept orders outside of the UK. Apologies for this.
