Please be aware that Leisure Furniture Direct is a drop ship company that does not hold stock.
Therefore, when it comes to returning unwanted goods that are in perfect condition, we are wholly governed by the returns policy of our supplier.
While returns are possible, please be aware this can mean a penalty of up to 50% of invoice value for restocking which we will have no choice but to pass on to the customer.
Some items (marked as made to order) are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.
Returning Damaged Items
Obviously in the case of goods arriving damaged, in substandard condition, or not meeting the description on our website, these are fully returnable without penalty.
All we will require is a photograph of the damage within 72 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, after 72 hours, it is not guaranteed that our supplier will replace the product.
